Returns & Refunds Policy

At SOFT NAIL STUDIO, each press-on nail set is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Many of our designs are handmade and may include hand-applied details, so we take extra care to make sure your order is prepared correctly.

Please review your nail size, shape, style, and other selected options carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because press-on nails are personal-use products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Selecting the incorrect nail size
  • Selecting the incorrect shape, style, or other product option
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items that have been worn, applied, altered, filed, or otherwise used
  • Damage caused after delivery through improper application, removal, use, or storage

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.

If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us at info@softnailstudio.com before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Handmade Product Variations

Our press-on nails are handcrafted, and some designs include hand-applied effects, glitter, cat-eye finishes, charms, rhinestones, or other decorative details.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color placement, patterns, shimmer, or decoration may occur between individual sets.

These small variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not generally considered defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@softnailstudio.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the packaging when relevant
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Please keep the affected item and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because many of our press-on nail designs are handmade or made to order, we may begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.

Once your order has entered production, preparation, or fulfillment, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, contact info@softnailstudio.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Incorrect Size or Product Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected size, shape, style, and other product options before checkout.

Orders placed with an incorrect size or option selected by the customer are generally not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund solely for that reason.

Please review our Size Guide before ordering if you are unsure about your measurements.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is related to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have statutory rights regarding online purchases, including rights of withdrawal for certain eligible purchases.

However, exceptions may apply to certain goods, including products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as certain sealed goods where applicable legal requirements are met.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

If you are an EU customer and would like to request a return or exercise an applicable statutory right, please contact us at info@softnailstudio.com with your order number and details of your request.
