Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

SOFT NAIL STUDIO offers press-on nail products, including handmade and hand-finished designs.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, shapes, decorative details, and images as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and other display conditions.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations may occur in details such as color placement, cat-eye patterns, glitter, shimmer, charms, rhinestones, and other hand-applied decorations. These natural variations are part of handmade production and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability, designs, specifications, options, and prices may change without notice. We may discontinue or limit quantities of a product where reasonably necessary.

3. Sizing and Product Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected nail size, shape, style, and other available product options before placing an order.

We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds relating to incorrect size or product selections are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse of our Services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required under the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout and may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, and other applicable charges may be added or collected depending on your order and destination.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted.

6. Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Order processing and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 5–7 business days. Pre-order or made-to-order items generally require approximately 8–15 business days for production and preparation before shipment.

For U.S. orders, estimated delivery after shipment is generally 7–14 business days. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or incorrect orders, and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellation requests should generally be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order has entered production, preparation, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. European Union Customers

Eligible consumers located in the European Union may have statutory rights relating to distance purchases, including a right of withdrawal for certain eligible purchases.

Exceptions may apply, including in circumstances involving goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, and certain sealed goods where applicable legal requirements are satisfied.
